Youth and community members have been organizing for over two years to hold Ashland accountable to climate resilience goals. Thanks to hundreds of supportive testimonies, lobby meetings with councilors, letters and postcards to the city, meetings, rallies and walkouts, WE WON!!!! 

On Tuedsay, 2/18/25, Ashland City Council voted UNANIMOUSLY to pass the Carbon Pollution Impact Fee, and to direct the revenue from the fee to the low-income utility assistance program.

Will you send a message thanking City Council for taking action for the climate and clean air, and encourage them to continue?
